Wisconsin Health Fund provides group Medical, Dental, Optical, Pharmacy, Disability Income, Life Insurance, Accidental Death/Dismemberment and Retiree Plan Benefits. Plan benefits are self-insured and self-administered, except Life Insurance which is insured through Unimerica Workplace Benefits.
