Dr. Gary Fait, M.D. Obstetrics and Gynecology

 My Practice:
I thoroughly enjoy both high and low risk Obstetrics. I am on call 24 hours for my patients, who have my home phone number as well as my pager number. Whenever possible, I offer patients non-surgical option for their gynecological problems. However, if surgery proves necessary most are done laparoscopically. Surgeries done through the laparoscope do not require large incisions and patients have a faster recovery period.
 My Education:
I received my undergraduate degree from Marquette University and my Medical Degree from Medical College of Wisconsin. I completed my residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan where Grace/Hutzel Hospitals combined performed over 10,000 deliveries a year. I am certified be the American Institute for Ultrasound Medicine to perform ultrasounds. Recently, I took the exam to be a Menopause Practitioner as recognized by the North American Society. I have been recognized every year since leaving residency for my continuing medical education hours by the American Medical Association as well as the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. For the second year in a row, I was named a “Best Doctor” by a national, independent research firm.
 My Interests:
I am married with five daughters. One is married and living in the Washington, DC area. One is in graduate school, two in college and one in high school. Occasionally, I take history classes at University Wisconsin-Milwaukee for enjoyment.
 Hospital Affiliations:
