Dr. Anthony Nelson, M.D. Surgery

 My Practice:
I’m pleased to be working with Wisconsin Health Fund and look forward to helping my patients achieve the best possible outcomes. My goal is to provide timely and compassionate care, while providing the patient with all the important information so that an appropriate treatment plan can be implemented.
 My Education:
I received my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from UW-Madison. I then received my Medical Degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, where I continued on to complete my General Surgery residency.
 My Interests:
I chose the field of general and vascular surgery because I enjoy the breadth of the field and all of the challenges that it offers. I have a special interest in hernia repair, laparoscopic procedures, breast disease, and cancer treatment.
