Covered Member's and Dependent's, to receive pharmacy
benefits through Wisconsin Health Fund you must either use
the Fund's Pharmacy at 6118 W. Bluemound Road in Milwaukee
or one of the contract pharmacy locations. If you need
additional information or if there are no pharmacies in your
area and you would like to suggest one, please contact
